Order in the app to pick up after work, ask for mayo and vinegar and oil and not one once on my sandwiches....I don't want to get in my car and drive back, just to have them slap on some condiments, waste of my time and gas. But come on, am I going to have to unwrap it there every time I order online to make sure it's correct?

So I went back in to have it fixed because i understand mistakes happen, but the girl working meats, Trisha I think her name was, coped the biggest attitude with me all because I asked if she could just remake the whole thing since it had been sitting a while and was cold and gross by this point. She was all huffy and just all around not a nice person and I was trying to be as nice as I could. Said I understood that it has been a long night but there was no need to get an attitude with me like she was and her response was “this isn’t attitude I can give you attitude if you want” the whole experience makes me want to just drive to Mount Vernon next time I want subway because her behavior was ridiculous. I also work food, I get the struggle, but never have I been so rude and uncaring to my costumers.

- E[E]Aug 12, 20252.0Food quality wasn't great. The girl working seemed annoyed by me being there and being a customer. Rushed through putting together a half-hearted sandwich that tasted about as exciting as it looked (Which wasn't very.) I wouldn't recommend stopping at this location as there are much better locations not surper far from here. However, if you're really craving a "'So So' Subway experience" this is definitely the place for you!
