  I have bought one of their root beer floats and the second I put a straw in it and it split out of all on me and then they wanted to sit in there and laugh, while I'm soaking wet in the car so don't buy a float for the window or your going to get soaked. some sorry people never again will I ever buy anything from any Gold stars again you done ruined it for me thanks so much.

  I know it’s not rocket science but the person who made my milkshake (it’s not just soft serve ice cream) did a bang up job. Sooo good. She was also very friendly. Wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could mention her.

  I dont understand. This is an update from my visit a few days ago. I give a review about bad food and Im expected to go to a different website and down load an app ...then find Goldstar Chili? I dont get it. The easiest thing to do is to not go back. The Goldstars ive been to in northern Cincinnati are fantastic. I bragged to friends that I considered it better than Skyline. Take a trip to Eaton and see how a Skyline Chili restaurant should be ran. Always packed. This Franklin location will not be in business very long. Normally I avoid Franklin Ohio for anything but, this is the northern most store from Cincinnati...and close to me. I read the reviews before going in...they were mixed. I walking and went straight to wash my hands in a bathroom that needs cleaned. Sink was nasty. I was the only one in there at 12 noon on a Tuesday. Drive thru was busy. Front doors have fingerprints all over them with 2 employees not doing anything. I ordered a coney with everything and a regular 3 way. It came out quickly and the chili itself was barely warm and didn't melt the cheese. The gentleman making the food kept looking at me from the corner of his eye...for some reason. I politely told a young lady that the chili was cold and she said she was sorry. And didn't seem like she was interested in sharing that with the management. So I said "are you going to tell him?" She hesitated and reluctantly rold him that the chili is cold. No one seemed too concerned. I paid and left. I love Gold Star...but not this one. Oh, and there were some hard, dried out noodles on my plate as well. This could be a great location but management has no clue. Again...I was the only one there. Sad! Hopefully the response I get from my review from management is not generic response the other people have gotten. Management obvhas no idea on how to run a restaurant. And by the way....even if the food was hot...it didn't even taste right. SMH!!!

  I stopped by for a couple chili dogs. They gave my dog a free weiner. I appreciate it. He sniffed it and wouldn't touch it. Lol..there's something wrong with your weiners. I've never seen him turn down free weiners lol. Check your weiners.

  Came in not long after they opened. Normally I just go through the drive thru for this location but after seeing how they operate inside? HELL NO, not ever again.. We sat down and we're greeted quickly. Got our drinks and that's where it went downhill for me.. The straws they are giving people are bulk box bendy straws that have no protective paper/plastic and they were put directly on the table.... 🤮 whatever don't need a straw but at the same time how clean is their dishware? Still placed our order because we're 3rd shift workers and didn't want to go anywhere else and just get home to sleep.. Order took a minute because we ordered stuff that had to be cooked fresh, understandably, and that part of the meal was fine, everything else like the coneys and chili on everything was luke warm at best.. The noodles for the 3 ways were rubbery and clumped together and not very hot either.. Have had problems with this location in the past (hard buns/overcooked weiners) so lesson learned for this location. Skyline FTW!
