The young girl that was working was in the front looked totally bewildered, poor thing. But she was working hard to get everyone what they ordered. It’s like they lost every order and had to ask people what they ordered. Curse words streaming from one worker like a fountain, kids in the lobby, uncalled for. Breakfast is the only time this place is efficient.

The drive through worker never said a word when he handed me my drink, never said a word when he handed me my food. Not a hi, not an apology for my wait, not a thanks- nothing. Got on the highway and of course my fries were lukewarm and my burger meat was dry. Why do I ever expect anything more from McDonalds these days? Oh right- because I work in customer service and I know how to treat people, especially because they are the reason I have a paycheck.

I ended up sitting and waiting for 45 minutes for my happy meal and number 1. One girl kept checking her phone, 2 workers were arguing. And costumers were coming in because they had been sitting through drive through for a very long time. When I finally received my food I had neither of my drinks, and had to wait another 5 minutes just to get a cup while 2 workers sat gossiping. But when finally reviving my food, it was very good and hot.
