This is THE WORST Taco Bell to go to. Not sure how hard it is to put sauces in the bag. Shouldn’t have to come around 2 times just to get the items I ordered originally. Second time I came around I was asked to “show proof” I ordered something when I was literally just in line not even 2 minutes earlier. What a joke.

Horrible service, the worst I’ve ever experienced. Extremely slow and rude. Employees stand around cursing and talking inappropriately. The place also smells like marijuana sometimes.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Taco Bell and honestly a one star is being generous! While I was waiting, I watched a woman with dark hair named Kristen or kirsten?I I was trying to listen how they addressed her (who seemed like she was in charge) talk to her employees in a way that honestly made me want to step in. The staff was clearly busy and trying to keep up, and instead of helping, she was belittling them and making rude comments right in front of customers. It created a really tense, stressful environment and it was hard to just stand there and listen to it. You could tell nobody felt comfortable saying anything back, which says a lot about the kind of work environment this is. No one should be treated like that, especially when they’re working hard.If she is in a management role, that’s a serious problem. Leadership like that drags everything down. At this point, it really feels like it’s time to ditch that kind of leadership and bring in someone who actually knows how to treat people with respect. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this didn’t sit right with me at all. I really hope someone looks into what’s going on there.
