  Waited close to 25 minutes only to finally get my food and realize it was cold. Employees standing around on their phones while a line of cars waited on food. Every time I try to go to this location it is a similar experience. Avoid it if possible.

  The jr cheeseburger came with a mustard essence all over the wrapper the patty shrunk was hard had a smell like it was old as hell. Fries were fresh. Chicken sandwich was undercooked and had a smell as well (biggie bags) . The fountain drinks were all out but unless you want zero sugar and all that or water you are in luck. They turned off capacha verification on the tiffinnave site so can't file a complaint so went here. Side note: request a in front of your eyes fresh food drop or else!!

  Very bad, they make you wait 30 minutes supposedly because they're cooking the meat, and in the end they give it to you cold. A very bad experience, I've never been so disappointed with a Wendy's.

  Ordered breakfast and they messed up every sandwich called the store and the manager blamed it on how chaotic it was I feel that it's a management issue if a lot of customers is chaotic to a fast food restaurant. Save your money people or until corporate gets new management that can handle a fast food restaurant.

  I would give the service 0 stars if I could. Not sure who the girl is working drive thru as I type this 2/9/26 12:50p.m.but she's very rude!! Also, all I asked for was for a CUP of mayo & she acted like it was an inconvenience to her. I wait for a minute after she abruptly closes the window only for her to hand me 2 PACKETS of mayo & hurry to shut the window! I tried to call after I left to find out what the problem/issue is or was but since nobody wants to pick up the phone (I called 2x) I guess I will just call corporate! Also, I ordered & paid for a LG drink on my mobile order but was given a medium because they said they are out of lg cups & my sandwich today was a replacement from them messing it up the last time only to make it wrong a 2nd time! Not sure why this location is still open. They can't keep people & the ones that are there don't care obviously.
