Have had partially frozen burger patties and twice where they went directly against special requests for no mayo (my wife simply doesn’t like mayo) on the classic chicken sandwich. The first time with the chicken sandwich we simply called, refused the free sandwich telling them it’s ok we just want things to change and for the workers to pay better attention. Second time we asked no mayo and made sure that it had tomato (that it comes with by default and was also left off the first time) and they told us it comes with tomato, only to open the sandwich to again no tomato and EXTRA mayo. We did go back for a remake and like I started with just go to Trenton ave wendys, this one is too much of a disaster
