  Matt nailed the pizzas! After a long road trip, passing through Findlay, ordered 2 pies and I specifically like mine well done. Most places just do it normal but this time, Matt NAILED IT!! (I couldn't help myself to eat a slice before taking the photo)

  We had a really good experience at Papa John’s in Findlay, Ohio! My husband went to pick up our two large pizzas on a night when the winds were around 40 mph. As he walked out of the store, a huge gust of wind literally took the pizza boxes right out of his hands! (Funny, but it happened!) He went back inside expecting to have to explain what happened, and we were prepared to just accept the loss since it was no one’s fault. Instead, the district manager was beyond kind and helpful. Without hesitation, he said, “You know what? Give me 10 minutes and I’ll get some fresh ones made for you.” That level of customer service truly stood out. He could have easily said it wasn’t their responsibility, but instead he chose kindness. We are so grateful and will absolutely continue supporting this location. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  Ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza with no onions, but must have received double onions instead with a few pieces of pineapples mixed in, on top of it being under cooked. Feels like a waste of almost 20 bucks...
