We literallly watched the menu switch to lunch while waiting in line. My paid for order should have been prepaired and waiting for my pick-up. I was told they couldn't fill my order and the person on the intercom said she'd talk to a manager. She moved on to the next customer. I pulled ahead and the person at the window also said they couldn't fill my order. When I said it was already paid for, he simply said I'd be refunded within 24-48 hours. So 45 minutes later, I drove across town, paid over $23, and came home with nothing but dissapointment. I feel this could have, and should have been handled better.
