  I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to write a review more. Go inside and the woman behind the counter immediately freaks out saying “she’s the only one there” no other customers in the store. She then proceeds to tell me my online order won’t be made and I need to leave. I ask why and she starts swearing at me and yelling again. I said okay maybe it was just one of those days and I tried to get a refund and she freaks out again on me. Do not go here. I have never been more insulted by someone in my life.

  It’s Subway, can’t really mess that up. I annihilated their meatball sub.

  I got turned away by the lady 25 minutes before close. Ive gone to this one before at the same time and had no issue ordering so I just dont understand what the deal was this time other than a different associate.

  Quite possibly the worst Subway on the west side. If you order online and pick up, they will not make your sandwich the way you want (mainly because they know you won’t check your sandwiches before leaving). The last 3 times they have switched toppings- probably to save money. Meat was not warmed up per request. There’s a better Subway up the street in the Danny Boy’s plaza on Lorain Road. Go there.
