  I thought Dunkin acknowledged allergies but this location charged for an allergen swap. Seems the ones in hoity toity neighborhoods are just money traps🤔

  We've avoided the Fairview Park Dunkin' Donuts for a while now because of consistent issues in the past-cold food, burned or poorly prepared items, and just a general lack of care. We used to go regularly, but after too many meals where the middle was cold or things were overcooked, we stopped. Tonight, we decided to give them another shot, thinking maybe things had changed. They close at 8 p.m., and we got in line at 7:32-plenty of time before closing, and no one else was even there. We pulled up to the speaker, placed a simple order for one donut, and went over the flavors they had left. They told us to pull up to the window. But when we got there, no one acknowledged us at all. We sat there for almost five minutes while employees walked back and forth, cleaning up, taking out trash, but never once looked our way or said anything. We had no idea what was happening, and eventually just left-frustrated and disappointed, again. We had hoped things would be different, but this just confirmed why we stopped coming in the first place. All we wanted was a single donut and a little basic courtesy. Instead, we left feeling ignored and let down. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because it's hard to imagine coming back after so many letdowns.

  If you want to waste 20 minutes of your life waiting for your drink in the drive thru, this is the dunkin for you...no mobile orders.

  Absolutely horrible took me three times to get my order right at the microphone then pulled up to the window had a question to ask and got handed to a manager who talked to me like Absolute crap then got handed the wrong coffees and had to correct it a 4th time while making the correction some guy opens the window and asks if im waiting on a bagel I say no to then finally be handed my order (it is missing the sticker for rhe second coffee this time) I would be embarrassed to work at a place that operates like this girlfriend said her frozen chocolate tasted like straight ice no flavor aswell 100% do not recommend this dunkin location
