  I was disappointed with my experience at this location. The staff member who took my order was rude, and when I received my food, it was burnt and had an excessive amount of butter piled on top. I hope management addresses both the customer service and food quality issues.

  I went to the Fairview location three days in a row after work. All three days I recieved room temperature coffee and tge one day even though I ordered extra cream and no sugar, I recieved a cup of room temperature Black Coffee! It will be a long time before I go back to this location.

  Ordered through DoorDash and they made my sandwich wrong. Called to ask if they could make it correctly and I would pick up (even though I already paid for it to be delivered). They refused to make my sandwich correctly and then hung up on me. Never going to this location again, terrible customer service. Paid $5 delivery and $6 for a sandwich I didn’t order, only to be credited $2 from DD. Why not just make the new sandwich? 0/5

  I thought Dunkin acknowledged allergies but this location charged for an allergen swap. Seems the ones in hoity toity neighborhoods are just money traps🤔

  We've avoided the Fairview Park Dunkin' Donuts for a while now because of consistent issues in the past-cold food, burned or poorly prepared items, and just a general lack of care. We used to go regularly, but after too many meals where the middle was cold or things were overcooked, we stopped. Tonight, we decided to give them another shot, thinking maybe things had changed. They close at 8 p.m., and we got in line at 7:32-plenty of time before closing, and no one else was even there. We pulled up to the speaker, placed a simple order for one donut, and went over the flavors they had left. They told us to pull up to the window. But when we got there, no one acknowledged us at all. We sat there for almost five minutes while employees walked back and forth, cleaning up, taking out trash, but never once looked our way or said anything. We had no idea what was happening, and eventually just left-frustrated and disappointed, again. We had hoped things would be different, but this just confirmed why we stopped coming in the first place. All we wanted was a single donut and a little basic courtesy. Instead, we left feeling ignored and let down. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because it's hard to imagine coming back after so many letdowns.
