A male staff member helped me at checkout, rang me up, and took the cash. However, the payment was not entered into the register, and I was given a receipt that showed “Not Paid.” I didn’t notice this until afterward, which was concerning. I’m not trying to cause trouble, but this situation shows a lack of communication and proper checkout procedures. I hope management can provide better training to avoid confusion for both customers and staff in the future
