The girl (on her phone the entire time) laughed at him and mocked his broken english and said 'duh' , when he asked for clarification about what a bowl was. They also gave the smallest portion I've ever seen. Super disappointing, Chipotle. Super, super disappointing. .....oh and when I tried to call after opening my meal to inquire about the portion, it took 1,573 attempts to get the store. AND THEN when they did answer, said, yeah, well we're busy so you'll have to hold!" 11 minutes later googled the north olmsted store.......

The lady at the cash register was literally on her phone with her daughter while ringing is out and was extremely rude. Accused us of not paying for two fountain drinks. It just solidified the fact that I will never go back to that chipotle.

This was my first time going to this location in a whilleeee because it was always kinda bad but whatever. I decided to get a pickup order here since I was in the area and when I got home, I opened my bowl to find a giant slab of pure gelatinous pork fat instead of carnitas. Ew. The poor service while I was there makes me think they did this on purpose because no WAY you don't see that you're putting this monstrosity into the bowl. Very disappointing and honestly just gross
