  Waited 10 minutes in line. The 1 person willing to help is so swamped that she cant keep up. Had to leave. Just so you know "Wendy" I left my vehicle in your parking lot to walk to Chick fil a all bc nobody wants to work for you and your absurd way of serving customers or lack thereof for that matter. Walked in to chick fil a and within 30 seconds what can I make for you sir? Crazy too bc the same people own both organizations...almost like a game

  Stopped at the drive thru just now to get food for my family and the woman taking our order was extremely rude and rushed us to order (they were not busy, at all) I had ordered a biggie bite bag (they forgot our fries) and I had asked for 3 frostys, they only gave me 2. When I tried to ask for it again at the window, the woman (white lady with glasses) who took our order had a huge attitude about it and said “it’s not even that serious” as she walked away to make it. I offered to pay for it, as it was for my partner and I tried to keep my composure because I was so confused why she was being so mean to me. The other woman was very nice and patient. I won’t be returning here, because I didn’t deserve to be treated like an inconvenience. Paid for fries my kids didn’t even get to eat because they didn’t put them in the bag. Taking frustration out of customers is insane. Please do better.

  I went inside to order, planning to dine in. No one was in line. They said they would be with me in a minute. Waited close to 10 minutes while they took drive thru orders and filled door dash orders and never took my order. Since they obviously didn't want my business, I left without ordering

  I only do mobile orders but every time I’ve gone here the food is correct and the staff is nice. There was a time I placed an order and the store was supposed to be open but they told me a worker walked out so they had to close early. Not their fault why would I be mad at that especially since you can click cancel on the app and get refunded, he seemed very sympathetic when I felt bad for him! I like coming to this location so had to shout them out, thanks Wendy’s crew!

  The food was cold & we literally got 9-10 fries, Wendy's is nothing like it used to be.
