  This place constantly shorts it's customers. Its like the employees are paid to make things as poorly as possible. This is a $7 menu item.

  I ordered the seven dollar combo box and my cinnamon twists were stale and crunched up and look like they've been sitting off for twenty minutes. The shell on my chicken chalupa was hard and there was no ice in their Pop machine so the drink I had was lukewarm. Not to mention the dude almost didn't even give me my drink when he handed me my food. This particular location seems like it's run by people who straight up Don't care and probably love their reefer. Makes me wonder about the other food establishments in this region.

  This location is the best! I usually have a lot of modifications on my items to make them vegetarian or just to add toppings. This location consistently makes my orders correctly and they’re so friendly! I just came through the drive through today about a half hour ago. I’m not sure of their names but there was a young guy on the speaker and at the window that was so friendly and a very sweet lady that I’ve seen a few times that is super friendly too. You guys are great!! Give these two a raise!!

  They are so inconsistent past midnight. They are supposed to close at I believe 3 or 4 am. It will be 12:30 and they will say they are closed… It’s like the employees just decide they no longer want to work after a certain time. It just feels like they always have some bullshit they make up past midnight. It makes me genuinely wonder how much business they lose strictly because of these lazy employees. Sometimes I just go to get a quick drink, because theyre one of the only places that serve Pepsi products, and they will conveniently “run out of ice” or “run out of whatever drink i requested”. So I will ask for another… oh how convenient they don’t have that either. The employees just dont want to do their job. And this is coming from someone who has worked in the food industry for a LONG time and knows how frustrating customer service can be. Trust me, I get it. I am the most understanding person in the world when it comes to customer service. I am telling you, these employees just dont want to do anything and it shows. Like, how is there always someone communicating with people at the drive through letting people know theyre “closed” for hours after midnight? It’s just extremely odd how these employees operate and I think they just need new night shift staff. This is the only review i have ever left… that’s how bad the employees at this taco bell are.
