- AKArtemis KuhnApr 20, 20263.0I wish I could give five stars to the five guys but the fries were not hot and they were super soggy I had to jump off the bus to get something to eat because I was shaky with hunger and I had a physical therapy appointment at 5 minutes away so I was able to jump off the bus order my food and get right back out to catch the next bus as I was leaving the store I knew they were soggy and cold even though I had waited 10 minutes for my milkshake and my small burger to be made $20 whatever but the fries were soggy I mean they tasted fine but they were soggy just soggy soggy soggy soggy not worth five bucks not worth a dollar soggy and if I hadn't been so hungry and if I had had the time I would have gotten a full refund for my delicious milkshake and my burger I mean McDonald's is right next door and I would rather have had McDonald's fries and that's horrible because I hate McDonald's with a passion and I love five guys your potatoes your french fries your milkshakes your burgers everything is amazing and delicious all the time but you knowingly served me soggy cold fries and it was like 1:30 so there was no excuse

It clearly was not carefully checked as sandwich #5 had a #3 and instead of a CB all the way it was a plain CB so pretty much the opposite. Recommend checking your order before leaving the store.

There’s some solid, highly professional cooks here. Food was cooked to perfection and looked artistic. Never thought I’d be so impressed by a five guys. Big Kudos to the workers here.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
