  After giving this location three chances, I can honestly say the food is awful. It’s nothing like the food from the Hawkins Plaza location. The chicken is fried way too hard and has a really odd smell. The hot honey sauce tastes nothing like it does at the other location, and even the French fries are completely different. My mom ordered the mango habanero wings tonight, and they were ridiculously hot—like atomic hot. It honestly felt like they ran out of the real sauce and just threw something together. At this point, I’m done being lazy and will be picking up my orders from Hawkins Plaza from now on.

  This wing stop is absolutely spotless . Mariyah Toya & Dlow has amazing customer service ! I appreciate you all very much for feeding me and my family , & thank you for serving me with a smile . Please wing stop give them a Christmas and a new year bonus !!!

  I haven’t ate my food yet. But Came straight to the reviews. One of the workers with a thick braided long hair, literally he’s the worst person ever took my order. Came to order around 7:30 PM he has such a bad attitude. I don’t think i will ever come to this place again because of this one worker.

  Understaffed. Waited 45 min for food and watched bare food handled by ungloved employees in dirty personal clothes. Never going here again. All the food was cold when it was handed to me as well.

  Until today I've never had a negative experience with Wingstop. I received half of my wing order. I called in to correct it and was asked what wings were missing. While answering the question I was cut off and told to just tell them when I got back to the store. I was told to bring all my food back, they didn't even look at it, so the other order was cold after driving it back and forth. While there I was told they remembered making the part of my order that was missing. I believe them, but I didn't end up with it. I made the mistake of not checking my food before leaving. After noticing food missing I noticed the receipt on the bag said bag said one of two. I was handed only one bag. All I wanted was to get the food I paid for. I left the second time with the food, but no appetite after basically being accused of trying to get free food. If they were going to make be bring all the food back they could have offered to at least remake the soggy cold fries. I wont be ordering from this location if I ever order from Wingstop again. Honestly the entire situation put me off. Please look at your cameras and check yourself.
