I went inside to order and eat this time to find all open tables uncleaned with food and trash all over the floors. I wiped one myself with a napkin to sit and there were flies swarming around me. When a fly landed into my chili I finally decided to leave. Big nope on this location!!

There are clearly employees present at the store, but they have not demonstrated urgency or good customer service skills. I also want the store to take the quality check stage seriously, as we’ve had items missing in the past (the issues were resolved), and my last sandwich had missing ingredients. Panera is usually a solid fast-food alternative restaurant, but I don’t think we’ll be going back to this location anytime soon.
