- CFChris FMar 9, 20261.0Terrible management and customer service. Placed and order for pick-up at 9:15am. Confirmation says 9:15am, but for some reason the email says 10:15am. Not ready when I got to the restaurant. They said they didn't see my order in their system, that I was already charged for, refused to make my sandwich and told me I would have to wait 3 days to see the charge on my card refunded.
