- BBBrent4 days ago1.0I'll never order papa johns again. Food was cold and late. There were chunks of flour on my pizza. The oreo bites were just dough and no cream cheese dip. Sent this location and corporate a review asking to talk to someone. No one contacted me. This franchise has crashed since they ousted the founder.
- HMHeather Merritt5 days ago1.0I’m honestly impressed — not in a good way. My order was handed to me almost an hour late, which already set the tone. But the real experience started inside. For a solid stretch, there was one employee running the entire place, disappearing for minutes at a time and coming back just to slam everything he touched like the pizza personally betrayed him. When I finally got my order, it somehow managed to be late, cold, dry, AND incomplete — a real overachiever in all the wrong ways. Missing items? Of course. Sauces? Apparently optional now. Quality? Also took the night off. I get that places have rough days. I really do. But this wasn’t a rough day — this was a complete lack of control from start to finish. No communication, no accountability, just chaos and disappointment in a pizza box. At this point, I wouldn’t trust this location to get breadsticks right, let alone a full order. Save your time, your money, and your appetite.

Very rude to be that disgusting in front of your guest and that man does not need a job. I walked out without my order feeling bad for the other two boys.
