- CFC. F.Jan 15, 20261.0Only able to get fast food every once in a while, and as expected, crap service all around. Drive thru attendant night of 1/14 was extremely rude and just plain incompetent. I understand ordering issues so no drink carriers which was fun to juggle, but then to hand 3 boxes with the taco bell bag sitting on top? Really? Had to ask to put them in the bag like they should have and got an annoyed look and huff with a window slam pulling away. Like come on, kid. Then absolutely none of my order was right and wrong items in each box. Usually I open everything in parking lot after drive thru to make sure they're all correct but with fussy kid in the back I just went home. I expect this from the high street location, not from Fairfield. Just I'll just go somewhere else for my occasional fast food night. Taco Bell has never had the best service, but this location especially had seriously gone downhill the past few years. Definitely won't be back.

I’ve complained as many times as possible to upper management to no avail. I don’t know what more it takes. I work in the fast food industry myself and it’s not that hard, short handed or not. It’s just not acceptable at this point.
