I understand ordering issues so no drink carriers which was fun to juggle, but then to hand 3 boxes with the taco bell bag sitting on top? Really? Had to ask to put them in the bag like they should have and got an annoyed look and huff with a window slam pulling away. Like come on, kid. Then absolutely none of my order was right and wrong items in each box. Usually I open everything in parking lot after drive thru to make sure they're all correct but with fussy kid in the back I just went home. I expect this from the high street location, not from Fairfield. Just I'll just go somewhere else for my occasional fast food night. Taco Bell has never had the best service, but this location especially had seriously gone downhill the past few years. Definitely won't be back.

I’ve complained as many times as possible to upper management to no avail. I don’t know what more it takes. I work in the fast food industry myself and it’s not that hard, short handed or not. It’s just not acceptable at this point.

Woke up with it on my mind and I called and spoke with Missy and she made it perfect and I am grateful for that with every dollar counting I don’t feel like I wasted money at Taco Bell
