    The lady at the counter was extremely rude I asked for paper plates and she said “do you really need them” I said yes and then I asked for a bag and she said “No” and walked away from me

    They do not have their own delivery drivers. They have to outsource to DoorDash. After two different delivery drivers have been assigned we still have no pizza. Now we have to figure out how to get a refund and nobody answers the phone. We will never order Pizza Hut again.

    I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza and there was no cheese on the pizza. I called to get the order replaced and they refused to replace my order for delivery.

    HORRIBLY RAN BUSINESS. Ordered today at 12 on the phone and the person who took my order didnt verify the address. They use doordash to deliver and of course food never showed. Called them to get refund and I was told to call after 5 to get a manager. Called at 5 and manager is late. Called after 6 only the GM can refund my money. They offered credit but after my experience I want nothing to do with the business. Please dont waster your time .
