My daughter comes home with no food starting I didn’t pay for it but the app clearly states I did. (Mind you the order was made and sitting to be picked up) I call and the manager said the app is not connected to the store and I can cancel my order on the app and it will refund my money. WRONG… I was unable to cancel my order as it was already made!! And per the fine print on the app it is a direct purchase from the store that is being ordered from. Disappointed in the customer service. So it cost me $15 to learn not to use the app.
