You would think if you have a bunch of people at the counter, you would stop talking to your coworkers and get off your phone. Literally crazy to wait so long for a coffee and then messing up the food.

This location has fallen off tremendously just recently I tried to go to the drive-through x2 both occasions sat several mins to order only for the drive thru worker to take the car that just pulled up order . Just doesn’t feel like a coincidence happening more than once and mind you they have a camera at the menu….. won’t be back

For the life of me, I don’t understand why I was turned away when trying to order lunch just a few minutes before it was officially served. Sometimes I’ll come closer to lunch since Lunch starts at 11:00 a.m. but, I get the same response every time.
Today, I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:25 a.m. and asked if I could place my lunch order and wait for it to be cooked. Instead of taking my order, I was turned away By the young lady over the intercom unpleasant attitude.
Rather than accommodating a customer willing to wait, they chose to lose potential business. I took my money elsewhere and went to Wendy’s, where they had no problem serving me lunch at 10:36 a.m. Management should seriously reconsider this policy. Other establishments such as Chic fil a has no problem accommodating their customers before lunchtime and it keeps customers loyalty.

I asked for it without onions and they still put them in, but the frappe was very well prepared and the service was just okay.
