They know me by name and are always willing to accommodate. I have been having sensory issues and can not use a straw, when they make my coffee they always give me a sip lid and I find that awesome that they go out of their way to do so. Everyone there is truly very sweet. :) I go a little out of my way just for this Dunkin. My only real complaint is Sundays can be a good or bad day, they are still nice, but the coffee quality is subpar, but I know they are trying their best and the good days make up for it.
