- MMMatt3 days ago1.0I would drive miles away before ever coming to this location. I've never had a poor experience at Dunkin before. I was hesitant to go to this location due to the 3.1 star rating at the time. It was to say the least, disgusting. I could tell they do not thoroughly wash their equipment. The hash browns tasted like dish soap. Their coffee tasted just as bad. The drive thru window was very dirty. I could also tell there was no leadership there. There were only a bunch of young kids. One handed us someone else's food (unfortunately all of the food was terrible not just the free food), another was on her phone, but there was one that was polite as handing us our coffee. I would completely avoid this location until they figure it out. The person that owns this location has to be losing money left and right. It's sad to see. All they probably need is some guidance and some hard work. It would turn this place around. Good luck to the people knowing they are losing money. Either they don't care or they can't figure out why., either way it's horrible.

The service is awful they are always forgetting something and the manager is just as rude as her staff! Corporate did absolutely nothing either. So hopefully this review helps others
