  The location says they close at 7 o'clock.I get to the location at 6:50.They are no longer taking orders. If you close at 7, you have to take orders until 7.

  I came to get something so simple. A everything bagel with cream cheese add bacon. With a cookie butter latte. I instantly came back because my bagel was burnt, and hardly had any bacon in literally slithers. Grace the cashier and another young girl argued with me about how everything bagels are made and I clearly stated I was not happy with my food. The bf had cream cheese on it and on the wrapper the thrown in the bag. They were combative instead of helpful. Also, Grace says what do you want me to do about it ? Give you a refund? I said would you want one? Don’t have to worry about my service. They’re very unprofessional to say the least ✌🏾

  Service here is TERRIBLE. Almost every time I come through, it's something. Either no espresso or no flavoring in the drink, or the whole thing is filled full of ice. I come through and ask for light ice, and this is what gets handed to me. Absolutely ridiculous, being extremely petty. I've ordered this same drink from many different dunkin's, and have never received 3/4 of the drink. Will not EVER be returning to this location.

  went to dunkin today at around 2:30pm there were only 2 employees. i didn’t get to see the second employee but the young woman who worked the drive thru with her hair in a claw clip was by far the kindest person i have interacted with in so long at a fast food place. whatever dunkin is paying her, double it. she deserves it. you don’t come by employees that can not only handle a rush of customers with no help and be the sweetest person they’ll talk to that day, in the same breath. i didn’t catch her name but i hope she has the best day

  one of many that i have and just don’t have energy to go and find for dunkin. this is me matching energy. however. i want to make a point on how much money i spend on DUNKIN (their brand, not the people runnin the place) on a consistent basis as me and my three children LOVE dunkin. the gilmore location since one of the managers left to open the new tylersville location, almost 3 years ago…… HAS TOOK A DIVE and corporate is satisfied with whose running that specific location as i’ve tried to call in and get a solution to the RUDE customer experience as well as just down right plain wrong orders. i’m going to explain the picture. i ordered a regular medium iced vanilla coffee with EXPRESSO. one, if expresso is in it, it definitely shouldn’t look like milk with a ring of sugar at the bottom. but this picture was THE SECOND coffee made after they didn’t get it right the first time. same order, but the first order they gave me had caramel and cold foam in it while my tag on the cup says something completely different. i had a feeling the ladies especially the manager there knew my name, car make and model so they knew when i would be putting in my order after my first issue with them. i don’t get how u can get a simple coffee wrong not once but twice and when im looking at the workers confused they basically have the attitude well thats what u ordered BYE the energy they give has become increasingly personal i told corporate i wouldn’t be back after our phone call and i saw that he was satisfied with how it was being ran on the inside… but because its the closest to me on my route to take kids who aren’t always on time in the morning to school, i end up there. just throwing money away. if anyone goes to this location, just know u are throwing ur money away. if not the first time, u will eventually. there’s no respect, quality or consistency that exists in that coffee shop. and i’ve got plenty of more personal experiences about this location. someone should do something , it’s not right our money gets treated the way it does by these employees currently. bring the old manager back, HE WAS AMAZING AND HAPPY TO WORK! u could feel it before u saw it. after this last incident and now coming to GOOGLE to share my experiences. i will have to use the money i would throw away to go to one a little bit more out of my way. and will happily do so.
