I needed a brownie cake and he said they were sold out but would have some tomorrow and I said ok but I really needed it for a bday tonight. He said come back in one hour and I’ll have it! Sure enough! It’s what being kind means in the world. Definitely a great team at this location.

This person kept rolling her eyes during the encounter. I apologize that you had to do your job. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Absolutely terrible customer service. The worst I have ever had. I wish I could give a negative star rating.

We sat there for more than a minute before a young woman came in over the speaker with an attitude. I ordered a small mint chocolate chip shake and my mother went to order her cone but the young woman interrupted her with "Umm, we have 6 minutes until close". We said, can we make it a cone then (thinking that maybe they had already cleaned the machine) to which she responded, "Yeah. 6 minutes, sooooooo...".

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
