  the worker by the name alexsis took my order but he was extremely rude by saying stuff behind my back like saying racial slurs i cant say never coming back because of him horrible experience 😡😡😡😡

  I like the food but I'm so sick and tired of ordering cheese cups that barely have anything in them. There ridiculous pricey anyway. Well I'm about done with all fast food. I mean this is going to cover 3 fries. Wow Arby's get it together

  Overweight worker guy with long ponytail was very rude with my father and i. No one in line and make us wait so long that another person came out from behind where they cooked the food and took our order. The hefty guy came back out and gave the food to us, didn't smile didn't say thank you just turned around and went back to work and then he turned back around to see if I was still standing there and I was because I wanted two forks. He slowly gave the forks to me and turn around with a smirk on his face. Won't be coming back to this place!!!

  Food was okay. This is the second time that my food has been shoved out the window and my request is barely heard. I asked for Arby's sauce, it gets mumbled at me that it's in the bag and when I get home it's not in the bag. I ordered zero sugar lemonade and got normal lemonade. The previous visit I asked for extra sauce and it was like pulling teeth. It was like Arby's sauce was a big deal to ask for. Plus last time I ordered a large fry and when I got home the fries were cold and the container was barely full. Overall the food is fine but the employees leave little to be desired in terms of customer service. Most of the staff acts like it's terrible to be working there, and I get it, customer service is not my favorite thing to work either, but there's a certain standard you have to have and the standard is lacking here.
