    My husband and I were at Arby’s Sunday February 8th 2026 ordered food also ordered a desert (peach rolls) we ate our food in the parking lot inside our car proceeded to eat our dessert the peach rolls barley had any peaches inside so my husband went back in Arby’s either for a different dessert or a refund he came back out without neither one so I go in ask to speak to the manger I was nice explained what happened ask for a different dessert in its place he said No then I said well I would like a refund and he said No so I’m thinking like you have to do one or the other he started arguing with me he went and retrieved the peach rolls in the trash to show me it had peaches inside now mind you there were other customers hearing and witnessing the situation the manger was so disrespectful and very unprofessional after letting him know that I am a business owner and that the service he provided was unprofessional so he proceeded to give me the refund please send this manager back to management school do all of us that favour if it wasn’t for us customers the manager wouldn’t have a job smh the manger name is Kallup or Brandon Arby’s has to do better !!!!!!!

    This place sucks. Bad experience every time. Just walked in and stood there with no one acknowledging mine or the other customers presence. They just all kept working and ignoring everyone in line. Walked out and will not return. Avoid like the plague

    My potato cakes were ice cold and I was so disappointed! I get it that my visit was at closing time so I got what was left but dang, could’ve at least nuked them. I did pay full price for some very old cakes. My drink and roast beef was excellent so I know they are capable /:
