  WAITED 30 min for my food whole lunch break gone…. To get in my car and take a bite of raw rice , halfway cooked rice. . Thank you for ruining my day. 😘

  I purchased a double steak bowl, unfortunately none of the steak was edible or chewable. I would not give this food to my dogs. I work in this industry for a living, 20 years plus, this is gross. I used to love chipotle and have spent a lot of money there. This place was not clean.. food that didn’t belong in other foods on their line and workers not paying any attention to the customers. I can deal with a lot, but unclean and unchewable food for over $20 is sad. I don’t want a refund I just hope the owner can get the store back to par.

  I moved to Fairfield about a year ago and this is the closest Chipotle to my house. I’ve been there about a dozen times or so. I can confidently say that this location consistently struggles. The staff has ZERO urgency from the cooks, to the line, to the cashier. They give you smaller portions than they should(because they’re trying not to run out of the minimal inventory they have). You have to hold them accountable at each station for them to actually give you what you’re paying for. Often times they are out of the most common ingredients (white rice, pico, protein). When they are stocked, it is common for the food to be low quality(likely rushed to the line due to poor planning. See picture of the “rice cakes” I was served today).There is usually a line wrapped around the wall. You can pretty much count on a 10-20 minute wait any time around lunch or dinner. We have done online order before too. There was so much empty space in my bowl it sounded like a baby’s rattle when I shook it… We are going to give it a year or so before we go back to this location and see if they’ve made efforts to address these opportunities. I would recommend other patrons try another location as well for the time being!
