  Didn't give extra tartar as requested on sandwiches and they were dry. I was probably charged extra for the tartar. I wouldn't know because I wasn't given a receipt. Curly fries hard and dry like they'd been sitting. The jamocha shake had no coffee flavor, didn't finish it due to the lack of flavor and wasn't worth the upcharge I paid. I haven't been to Arby's in years and never to this location. I'll never come back. It wasn't worth the money or calories. 03.25.26: After company response. You clearly didn't provide the expected service. And your answer was pointless because you didn't offer to remedy anything about my experience or the money paid. Don't respond with hollow words just to show you read it and to appear active.

  The food is good and the people seem nice. I enjoyed my food while dining in.

  I would like to give a kudos to Doug in the drive thru. He was very nice and took the extra time for me to figure out the Arby’s app. He was very kind and considerate. 5 stars for Doug!!

  the worker by the name alexsis took my order but he was extremely rude by saying stuff behind my back like saying racial slurs i cant say never coming back because of him horrible experience 😡😡😡😡
