This Taco Bell has a staffing problem, the wait is always long especially for dine in. You can tell the staff is frazzled and trying to keep their heads above water throughout rushes.

Literally sitting in the dining room right now listening to a lady berating the employees about the speed of service. She told the manager "this is why you don't have 5 stars" and that's when I knew I needed to give the review (and 5 stars).
Is this the fastest Taco Bell? No. However, I come here often and every time I come here, the employees are kind. My order is exactly right almost every time. Even with this lady making a fool of herself, the manager still handled things calmy/with kindness. Clearly the Karen has never worked in fast food but that is no reason not to treat people with basic respect.

They are decently fast but sometimes the food is iffy and a little wonkey but still good

I’m not sure what has been going on here lately, but the lined has been wrapped around the store on multiple occasions. We were in line for 45 minutes during our most recent visit and could not leave due to the drive-thru layout. We communicated with the other vehicles to coordinates everyone’s exit by reversing out one by one since no one was being serviced in the drive-thru. The inside was just as crazy but maybe that was the hold up for the drive-thru. Fast food, in Fairborn, in general is trash.
I wish I could leave zero stars. It seems like the staff never wants to work; my simple orders are constantly wrong and the app is 'always down.'
Tonight, I tried to order at 1:30 AM (the store closes at 2:00 AM), but the app wouldn't let me. When I pulled up to the speaker at 1:43 AM, a recording said to return during normal business hours—even though the store was still officially open. I drove to the window, waited, and eventually had to tap on the glass to get someone’s attention. When an employee finally came to the window, they just said, 'Yeah!?!?'
I explained that I wanted to order and that I’d been trying to use the app for 25 minutes. They claimed you can’t order online 10 minutes before close, which didn't explain why it failed much earlier. When I asked if they were even open, the three employees just looked at each other and sighed.
It’s clear this team checked out mentally long before their shift actually ended. If you advertise being open until 2:00 AM, you should actually be open and serving food. Don’t claim to be open if you have no intention of providing service. It’s always something at this Taco Bell…
