  What’s the point of ordering ahead on the app if you’re still forced to “pull ahead” and wait for them to get your order wrong? Consistently disappointed with this location.

  Order 2 hashbrowns and a sausage McMuffin got a sausage egg and cheese mcgrittle instead of my McMuffin also only got 1 hash brown and it took about 10-15 min for them to just get my order wrong anyway even for a McDonald’s this is crappy!

  The past 3 times we’ve gone here we’ve had to reorder our mobile order at the window. I don’t know why this keeps happening because the pos doesn’t process it.

  This location will pull every single car to the side always no matter what get stuck waiting for 10-20 minutes. The menu screen on the left side has been broken sense I moved to Fairborn!!!!!!! I hate that this is the closest location to me. Excusing them never fixing the order screen. Why is this the only location that seems to pull every single car to the drive thru reserved spots? Just beyond frustrating!!!!!!!! Breakfast lunch or dinner they will have you pull your car off to the side. Doesn’t matter if it’s a daily double meal or the new big arch burger every single time is unacceptable. I’m sure there drive times look great for corporate though right? Complete joke.

  This place never gives you a receipt, their kiosks are broken half the time, they have the ice cream machine or the shake machine shut down half the time, the order comes out wrong, there’s a good chance that if you order a particular soda it won’t work and they’ll have to get it from the back. I could go on, but it would be a waste of time because I’ve complained to the manager and nothing has been done about any of it. There are 3.3 star rating is way higher than it should be. I’m amazed that the owners don’t have more control over what goes on in their store. THE LINK MCDONALDS PROVIDED DOES NOT ADDRESS MY PROBLEM. IT IS JUST A GENERIC LINK TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DON’T CARE.
