  If you are ordering on a delivery app look somewhere else. I ordered a biggie bag and a 10 piece nugget meal. Didn't recieve the frosty I ordered because it was out of stock, which is fine it happens. But I also ordered a bacon cheese potato and they gave me a plain one. The driver said the store would be putting it into the system that they were out of the item and that they would refund me but now Grubhub won't accept that I didn't receive my food and is making me fill out an entire form to get a refund. Tried to call and they basically just went "welp, talk to Grubhub". I KNOW y'all are able to do the refund from your end if you are out of the item but y'all just either dont want to take the extra step or are incompetent.

  Always gone here for almost a decade, usually pretty good, can't complain. The last few times I've gone though, I've had a few issues that made me decide it was time to stop coming back. A few examples are getting nuggets that were so soft they appeared undercooked, ordered several bacon cheeseburgers through mobile and was told they didn't have bacon, not offering any substitute to add to my purchase since I paid extra for several burgers to have bacon, so I just had to eat the cost and not get any refunding for it? The workers are always decent, some have zero customer service skills at all and I feel they lack basic training in general dialogue you're supposed to be able to put out as an employee, no thank you, no have a good day, etc. But others are very sweet and show at least some decency. I could go on and on about the quality dropping for years now, and just kind of putting up with it as it's the closest location to me, but I think at this point I'd rather go to the Wendy's on broad Street or fairborn and take my chances there.

  It's been 20 years since I went to a Wendy. What a disappointment the Spicy Chicken burger turned. Flat piece of chicken probably a third of the purported weight (in my opinion). The tomato slice barely exists. And $6 for the darned thing! Absolutely terrible. The people and place are perfect. But the food portions and quality are terrible. Not gonna waste money at ANY Wendy's again.
