Forget things every time and have to go back and of course it’s your fault and not the workers. Just waited 30 minutes after going to the drive thru for a mobile order placed 10 before. I hope these people get fired soon. Ridiculous.

When is it customary to leave a tip at Wendy's? When I said yes, she acted annoyed. This is not a "tipped" position and should never be treated as such. Overall it was what I expected from a chain restaurant, but the service could have definitely been better.

Two patties on it single or double is not an option but still how can you forget bacon on a big bacon classic? I won't be back and I don't recommend going here!!!
