I’m not sure what has been going on here lately, but the lined has been wrapped around the store on multiple occasions. We were in line for 45 minutes during our most recent visit and could not leave due to the drive-thru layout. We communicated with the other vehicles to coordinates everyone’s exit by reversing out one by one since no one was being serviced in the drive-thru. The inside was just as crazy but maybe that was the hold up for the drive-thru. Fast food, in Fairborn, in general is trash.

i have been in the drive through like for literally almost 1 WHOLE HOUR. i have never been in this line that long and i don’t know what is happening but this is not fair to me as i was stuck in this line and couldn’t go anywhere and i am now going to be late to work! this is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! i love taco bell and normally this location is fine but something has to change.
I wish I could leave zero stars. It seems like the staff never wants to work; my simple orders are constantly wrong and the app is 'always down.'
Tonight, I tried to order at 1:30 AM (the store closes at 2:00 AM), but the app wouldn't let me. When I pulled up to the speaker at 1:43 AM, a recording said to return during normal business hours—even though the store was still officially open. I drove to the window, waited, and eventually had to tap on the glass to get someone’s attention. When an employee finally came to the window, they just said, 'Yeah!?!?'
I explained that I wanted to order and that I’d been trying to use the app for 25 minutes. They claimed you can’t order online 10 minutes before close, which didn't explain why it failed much earlier. When I asked if they were even open, the three employees just looked at each other and sighed.
It’s clear this team checked out mentally long before their shift actually ended. If you advertise being open until 2:00 AM, you should actually be open and serving food. Don’t claim to be open if you have no intention of providing service. It’s always something at this Taco Bell…

Food arrived quick with no delay in the drive thru and everything was how I ordered it.

I would do absolutely zero stars across the board if I could. They take absolutely forever in their drive thru despite having nobody inside ordering. Abhorrent customer service. Waiting 20 minutes in a 3 car deep line is deplorable. Really should focus on not hiring staff that arent under the influence to the point that they cant complete simple orders in a timely manner. Its fast food at taco bell of all places, not fine dining. We dont expect a lot but we expect it to be fast and correct to a certain level. Really disappointed by the fact that we had to wait so long just to order.
