  Not much sauce on wings:( Oreo bites were lame. Pizza was so so. Not like back in the day 😒 old school Papa John's was better

  Been ordering here for years and the food is normally good however I recently ordered an order for delivery from the restaurant and it was switched to being picked up and delivered from DoorDash without my permission which I am NOT okay with. If I was okay with literally any random person handling my food I would’ve just ordered from DoorDash in the first place. I understand this is to reduce customer wait times but I do not want my food handled by someone who’s not an employee. In the future I think you should be able to opt out of your order being deliver via DoorDash, I would have been absolutely okay with a long wait time if it was coming from an employee and not DoorDash.

  Employees not friendly at all. Act like they dont want you in the store. Buy pizza somewhere else to many other places to choose

  I usually don't complain that much but last night's experience was really disappointing. I ordered three pizzas, garlic parmesan bread sticks and extra sauce on the side because were a family that loves sauce, the garlic stuffed crust hardly had any garlic, and the bread sticks were normal but we ate them anyway, we were missing some of our sauces, and that's fine, mistakes happen and I can imagine they were busy with peak dinner hours, the thing that really bothered me though was our doordash driver. Of the bat he was extremely rude, I was using a gift card I got for Christmas and some cash to pay for the food. I left a couple bucks there for him, I noticed some of our sauces were missing and I pointed it out and he said he wasn't going to go back because I didn't tip well enough... His service wasn't that great so I tipped pretty fairly, even if I didn't, that was completely uncalled for. /:

  Been coming to this Papa Johns for 23 years, I've never had any issues with the staff, they've always been very nice. I will always recommend this location for some good pizza.
