  i go through the drive thru at 9pm when there are no cars, have to wait 10 mins at the first window before they decide to take my money, then pull up to the second window for the man to YELL to pull into 1-4 of the waiting spots so i do and wait 20 minutes for him to bring my food out saying “sorry about the wait everything is fresh and hot for you” for everything to taste COLD and like it’s been put on a heater for DAYS then was reheated and then sat for hours. everything tasted rotten, my fries were cold and not cooked all the way. they got every single thing in my order wrong when i ask for no pickles, they decided to put 4 😂 like if you seriously can’t read a screen or make food CORRECTLY you should not work there. absolute worst experience i’ve had at ANY mcdonald’s.

  Worst McDonald’s in the state by far. I have lived by this location for 5 years and it gets worse and worse every week. They are constantly pulling people forward. Management needs to be fired at this point. They are pulling EVERYONE forward for literally anything. I ordered a coffee and hash brown, they pulled me forward and forgot about me. Had me sitting outside for 20+ minutes with 10-15 other cars. They had all of the side waiting areas full of cars along with the front. Next time I will be refusing to pull forward or just request a refund, it’s called fast food for a reason.

  If I could do less than 1 star I honestly would. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Greene County. It doesn’t matter if you come for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they are going to pull you forward and make you wait 3x longer than it would take you at any other McDonald’s or fast food restaurant. They do all this so they can make sure their drive thru time limit is low. It causes confusion and chaos out in the parking lot. It caused them to forget thing or give me the completely wrong order many times.

  Food for the most part is almost always ok, but there is always a wait. They make you pull forward to a reservation spot and wait upwards of 15 minutes sometimes. If you have a special request on your order always check, but they make it right if they messed up. All in all ok place just dont go if on a time crunch.

  Not sure whats goin on with this location but it seems everytime I go something, or multiple things, are wrong. This time is where I’m drawing the line of staying quiet. I had my sandwich remade because the person who took my order put “ONLY” the toppings I wanted instead of ADDING them. Got my sandwich made wrong. Went in and requested a fix, exchanged sandwiches and drove home (2 minutes) Upon arrival I notice my sandwich is made wrong AGAIN. This time the toppings I wanted were there but the sauces that come with the sandwich were no where. The first time was understandable as there was no ticket for the dresser to see what went on but the SECOND time it was clearly posted on the box bag AND receipt what I wanted. Bottom line is I feel McDonald’s is holding their values very low to the floor when it comes to who they hire. It takes the slightest bit of competence to make a chicken sandwich. Almost none when what goes on it is sitting right in front of you. Can’t believe they let these people serve the world. Terrible.
