- DRDouglas ReedOct 22, 20251.0Went through the drive thru and ordered a happy meal and paid for an upsized drink with the meal. At the second window, was handed the upsized drink which was about 3/4 full. Requested them to top it off and was handed an extra small drink???? After stating I paid for an upsized drink, the employee filled the correct size cup but then intentionally spilled the soda on my arm as I was reaching for it. Then held the happy meal box just out of my reach while talking to another employee inside the restaurant, obviously trying to be difficult and not allowing me to grab it. This was a horrible experience and decided NOT to give the meal to my son in fear he did something to it. Will not go again to this location. Super rude employees. Waste of time and money. Avoid this location.

Online says they close at 11p, the app allows you to order til 10:30p but when you go they actually tell you they close at 10p! Airway or Kauffman McDonald’s is always a 10/10!

I am nervous that it could make me sick. Nothing yet after 6 hrs. I reported it to the manager who said they had a new trainee. She offered to replace the sandwich. I wasn't keen on giving them a second shot. I hope they gave the employee some remedial training. Caveat Emptor.
