  Came here because it was our daughter's birthday and she chose McDonald's for dinner (ahhh 7 year olds) We actually wanted to go to the McDonald's on Centre Drive, but the lobby was closed for ordering inside. So we ended up here because it's simpler for us to order on the kiosk with our kids than in the drive-thru. There is never an employee at the front, which is fine. That's basically the norm at every McDonald's now. Anyway we ordered from the kiosk and I immediately heard an employee in the back loudly complain about our order when it came through. It wasn't crazy, we had 2 double quarter pounders and a regular, but they loudly complained about having '5 quarters to make'. Whatever-- high school kids-- but anyway we waited for our order to come out and a different employee with the slowest work ethic and worst attitude handed us our cups. I checked our order, because I always check before I leave anywhere anymore.. easier than coming back if something is missing. None of our fries were filled especially well, but the large fry in particular was laughable. So my husband went up to ask for more fries.. it's logical that if we pay for a large, we want a large. Not a small inside of a large box 😂 The employee that handed us our cups basically implied that we were lying about not having fries.. I don't know if he thinks we like scarfed down half of a large fry in two seconds just to get more or what, but if they had any employees in the front they would have known that we literally just stood right there and checked the bag. He begrudgingly gave us a new fry. And didn't say a word, just stared as my husband said 'thank you, I appreciate it!' I wasn't gonna leave a review because it's just a crappy McDonald's and lackluster employees... But coming home to a hair on one of the burgers sealed the deal. Y'all.

  I order from McDonald's almost everyday for lunch and they almost always gety order wrong. But yesterday was my last time going here. I asked for a Daily Double meal and I got two bottom buns and my tomatoes were rotten. The taste was terrible so terrible that I threw my burger back up. I am very disappointed because this is a inconvenience during lunch time.

  Im just confused. I thought the whole point of the table number is for the food to be delivered to the table? And why is our food always in a bag for dine in? If you are going to treat all orders as takeout, where customers have to get the food from the counter in a bag, don't give the option to dine in. Why am I paying extra for dine in, via tax, when I am getting the same service as takeout.

  I was very disappointed that I made a breakfast online order only to be told when I arrived that I was arriving to pick up the order after the breakfast offerings had been suspended - if the order was placed before the end of breakfast offerings then it should be held until the person arrives OR if that is McDs policy then when the order is placed the order confirmation should state that the order must be picked up no later than a time specified by McDs policy. That that pick up NLT time should be included on ALL online orders that are affected by Mcds NLT pick up policy!!

  Worst service ever. I waited for 2 mcchicken and large fry for almost 25 min. Sometimes I get it , it might be busy but has happened more than 8-9 times. The cashier girl don’t even know about taking payment and taking drive thru. It would be early if I went to some restrauant and eat rather than this location bcz it’s faster and employees would be nice. Don’t expect that from here never going back
