  I use the drive-through with a mobile code to do my order. I placed my order as a number 9 no salt on the fries and a large sweet tea with light ice and then she proceeded to ask me why was I ordering my food with no salt because if it’s about getting hot fries, they’ll be hot. I told her no it’s because you heavily salt the fries and I have a blood pressure problem and I don’t want any salt extra salt causing problems. She said ooooh and then she said you might as well have light salt on the burger then with an attitude. I mean, I could take light salt not an issue if it’s heavily salted. Then she rudely told me that’ll probably help you since you got health problems. I was so shocked, how rude could someone be. will not be going back over there again. I don’t want bad service like that, it ruined my evening. I can’t believe you allow staff to talk to customers like that. My mom was on the phone and even she was appalled. Writing this, hoping it will be a teachable moment with staff. None her business why I asked for no salt.

  A typical McDonald's. Staff was nice. Food standard McDonald's menu. But the machine I used to try ordering malfunctioned. Dreadful! Next time, I'll skip the machine and order with one of the nice humans!

  Forget about the posted hours. They’re open when they get around to it, so if you plan on breakfast any earlier than 8am it’s a coin flip.

  EVERYTIME I go through this McDOnalds they make me "park it" to wait for food. Its ridiculous. The McDonalds on Dayton Xenia or Col Glenn doesn't routinely do this. I think they are manipulating their drive thru timer. I worked at McDonalds when I was teen. The drive thru time was a big deal. If you dont want to wait, choose another place!

  I arrived about 7:30pm to meet a group of friends with all their kids. The group had arrived before me and was served inside. By the time I got there they mentioned they were no longer taking orders inside not even the kiosk. Only drive thru. Such an inconvenience since the group was inside eating so I had to get in my car and wait in the drive thru just to get my 2 year old a meal to sit with the rest of the kids inside.
