On the bright side the cashier's are really sweet and understanding.

When asking that they top it off because I paid for a large coffee I was told they could not help me because their machine decides how much coffee goes in the cup when I suggested to add cold brew I was told that they could not do that they could only add milk🤬😡 you’ve got to be kidding me this is the only location I’ve ever had problems with. A complete waste of time and money. I will not be going back.
- TTTobiasOct 30, 20253.0coffee did not taste good. You have to use a self-service kiosk which is intentionally confusing, hides prices, and tries to make you spend more than you're meaning to. Also prices have increased drastically. Sizes have also gotten smaller since I was last at dunkin's. Donut cream filling tasted watered down somehow. Breakfast sandwich left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Honestly I'm really disappointed. I haven't had Dunkin donuts since pre covid so I was hoping for a good experience. I used to go here before because it was a cheap alternative to Starbucks, but you might as well just go there now. The staff were however very nice and the facilities were clean.
