Arby's really frustrates me...they used to be one of the best fast food chains around, but unfortunately, their food, or more to the point - the quality of the food, has really gone down hill. In their TV ads, they always say that they have the meats, but in reality, their sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, but more expensive.
I suppose the same thing could be said about alot of other fast food chains, but I think Arby's is the worst with their portions - compared to what they used to be.
Anyway, the reason I'm doing a rating for this particular Arby's location, is to just warn people to check their orders at the drive thru window, before you pull away, because tonight (for the second consecutive time), I paid for my food, but didn't once again get everything I paid for.
I've had problems with this location before, and it continues.
I should have thought to check my order before I pulled away, but the young girl who served me was so very nice, and polite that I assumed it was all there. That, and the snow was starting to come down very quickly, the roads were getting bad, and I just wanted to get home ASAP.
Anyway, when I got home, I realized that
once again - I'd gotten screwed out of half of my order. I'm sick of this absent minded behavior from this location - I can't afford to just throw money away on things that I'm never given.
So, my warning is to always check your order at the window - BEFORE you pull away.
I doubt anyone from Arby's will read this, and apologize, or offer me my money back...LOL Yeah - right!
