  This is one of the worst Wendy's locations I have ever been to. It takes forever to get your food, which is often undercooked. They consistently screw up orders. Often forget multiple items/entire combos, or run out of key ingredients. The employees are rude and act annoyed when asked to do their job. The lobby is often closed in the middle of the day. And when the lobby is open, it is filthy. If I were the franchise owner, I'd be embarrassed.

  Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru for fries and a drink. Got to the window, saw people on their phones, laughing, running around, jumping on each other. Seems more like a high school gym than a place of work. Do better

  Always busy, if you go through drive through expect at least a. Half hour wait just to order. Almost every drink selection was out. Low staff doesn’t have time to clean the dining area. There is no time limit for how long you stay after you eat, there was so many kids hanging around the two kids that actually bought food. The sandwich maker was touching his phone with his gloves on while waiting for French fries and then proceeded to continue making food, and my small fry had line 7 fries and were cold even though I was told to wait for them . I will say that the two women working kept busy the whole time I was there.

  The owner/district manager of this location is failing horribly. Whenever I go for breakfast there is one girl working all alone and outside of the building is often a mess. The employee is doing incredible with what she is being left, but management needs to get her help. Couldn't even use the drive thru because the employees who closed previously, hid the drive thru headsets. Drive thru speaker has a screen that hasn't worked in years and is covered in spray paint and markings. Do better.
