  The manager Kaleb had no control over his rude employee Avianna she was extremely unprofessional. All he could do was apologize while she continued to be rude to staff and customers yelling.

  Food is alright yet hilariously overpriced. No clue why they don't fold the bag closed when they hand it to you. When I was a kid, they did it to keep your food warm. Guess they stopped caring about that now. I went to one in Warren some months back and they actually folded the bag closed, I was SHOCKED. I thanked them cause I'm so used to just being given an open bag.

  Ohhh boy. Went in to get a shamrock shake and use some points in the app. Used the app, so you'd think it would be faster? Nah. I got the shake and they printed out my receipt and just... Casher leaves, I ask the next guy about my food and how it's been twenty minutes and he rushed around and grabbed everything. Shake was good. But man, why was my order taken off the screen??

  Today is March 9th. 2026 I don't know who is working the drive-thru for the night but they don't know what they're doing. The fact that I ordered doordash when my driver got to me. He had no drinks and told me that they didn't give him no drinks or the caramel Sunday I ordered. Then when I look in the bag the six-piece nugget that I ordered was only four nuggets in there. Plus I was missing a burger. So I got doordash credits and went back to reorder. Just my drinks. I didn't care about the other stuff but I wanted to drinks and the caramel Sundae for my daughter. My new doordash driver pulls up and I will say the first incident. I blame that completely on the driver because he should have read the receipt and asked questions about where the drinks were. Instead he just grabbed the order and took off. But then I got a new driver to Joe pick up drinks and all you had to do was put three drinks in a caramel sundae in the bag. Hey you know what happened. All I got was the caramel Sundae I don't know what it is about paying attention to the orders that you have tickets for, but the lack of y'all paying attention constantly messing up orders from this location and there's another location I wish I could get my stuff from but I can't because doordash won't allow it because they're the closest to us and every time I order doordash from this restaurant they mess up my order and I'm always missing something. I just want to be able to order my food that I pay for and get the things that I ordered. There's never any napkins in the bag. There's never straws in the bag. Nobody on this staff pays attention or maybe it's just the late night staff.

  I wanted to give a 0 start rating but it won't let me. i have an Alergy to pickles. I made an order with no pickles. The burger had pickles unbeknownst to me. I almost died. I will sue. Don't go here recommended no one to this horrible place. And no I will not follow a link to whatever ur about to tell me. Good day.
