  Been sitting at the drive thru for 30 plus minutes it’s a bunch of minors just on their phone not worried nor taking care of customers still in drive thru and the just walking around laughing not o acknowledging me at all walking past sat for about another 16 minutes and when she finally came back was very hostile talking to me like a child I’m a GM and I would never in life hire someone like her worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!

  I ENTERED THIS WENDY'S AT 7:05 PM. THERE WAS ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE BEHIND THE COUNTER; THERE WAS ABOUT 10 CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR SERVICE. I ASKED THE EMPLOYEE FOR A TACO SALAD; AND IF THE CAESARS SALAD CAME WITH CHICKEN? SHE STATED "I DON'T KNOW IF IT COMES WITH CHICKEN OR NOT". I TOLD HER I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY IT IF YOU DON'T KNOW. SO SHE FINALLY ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. I ALSO ORDERED TWO SMALL FROSTIES WHICH SHE QUICKLY PLACED ON THE COUNTER. AFTER WAITING 15 MORE MINUTES I ASKED WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY CHICKEN SALAD AND TACO SALAD. SHE SAID, "I'M SORRY, I FORGOT". THEN WENT TO THE BACK TO ASK THEM TO PREPARE MY SALADS; ANOTHER 15 MINUTES PASSED, AND STILL NO SALADS. AND THE FROSTYS THAT SHE PREPARED 30 MINUTES EARLIER WERE STARTING TO MELT. SO I REQUESTED THAT SHE REPLACE THEM. SHE THEN WENT TO THE BACK AND REQUESTED MY SALADS AGAIN. I WATCHED AS THEY FINALLY PREPARED MY SALADS AND GAVE THEM TO THE COUNTER EMPLOYEE. SHE PLACED THEM IN A BAG AND HANDED THEM TO ME. I ASKED HER IF SHE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME A BOWL OF CHILI TO GO WITH THE TACO SALAD. AND SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THE MANAGER OVERHEARD THE CONVERSATION AND FINALLY ADDED THE CHILI TO MY ORDER. I HAD ASKED THE EMPLOYEE FOR MY RECEIPT, AND SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD THROWN IT IN THE TRASH. AND ONLY GIVES CUSTOMERS A RECEIPT IF THEY ASK FOR IT. AFTER ENTERING TO RESTAURANT AT 7:O5 PM, I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO LEAVE AT 7:40 PM WITH MY ORDER.

  Be prepared to wait at least 45 mins for your food in the drive thru soon as night crew walk in. The crew always rude and seem irritated. The food usually good tho. If you can, avoid 222 wendy’s

  Took an hour to get food i ordered from the mobile app. Went to the speaker and sat there for 20 minutes with no answer so i pulled up to the window and the worker said i have to still go to the speaker….. i did and no one spoke. something should REALLY be done. Tons of bad reviews and nothing is improving
