  They refuse to take my order in the store most times. There's a women in there with glasses that will tell you to call in the order and she refused to provide me with the number to corporate after I asked twice

  Took nearly 2 and a half hours to get the pizza from delivery. They didn't answer the phone when we wanted to cancel. Drove to the store at the 2hr mark but a driver apparently just picked it up a minute before we got there. Went back home and beat the delivery driver by 10 minutes. Pizzas were warm at best and one was wrong. Last time was over an hour wait. Not even a little bit reasonable. Don't waste your time on this location.

  They nasty here dnt use no gloves they from the register to the food. Dude was sitting down on his phone wiping his nose y’all should do better… bad customer service.

  This whole establishment is disgusting! The Lil boy at the register never looked up at me… then gon say wassup. Excuse me? Am I not a paying customer? What happened with to hello, welcome to Pizza Hut. Picking up? Something. Then the light skin female with the glasses over in the corner laughing cause I stated the service was terrible. The pizza wasn’t even hot and I just placed the order at 7:43pm… went and paid for it at 8:28. I try to support my local establishments around but every single time I go to this location there is always an issue. It doesn’t seem like management is doing anything… if you don’t like your job, go get a new one and let the teens have it. Yall too grown to have the nasty attitudes with distasteful service. Ridiculous! Something needs to change!
