  Ordered a frozen coffee and got blended ice with cream and a splash of protein milk instead. Just giving away money at this point.

  This is the worst Dunkin location in Cleveland. Extremely slow, they do not know how to make drinks. Anytime I come here they mess something up with my orders. They hardly have anything available. The wait times in line are ridiculous half of the time

  I have been giving this location a try for a while since it opened up since it was closer than my old location. I have had consistent issues with incorrect orders and slow service. Today, I ordered a mobile order and I received with my coffee: two dry and room temp bagel, two cups of cream cheese, and knives. If this was the norm, I’d understand but this is laziness at this point. With the price we pay, I should get the bagel with the cream cheese on it at the window. I should not have to build my own meal especially with bread that has been sitting out.

  I went here last night, ordered a medium sized hot coffee and once I got to the window, the lid was not properly secure on the cup, making the SCALDING HOT coffee spill all over my hand as soon as the girl at the window handed it to me. I have never been given a drink where the lid was not properly secured before, ESPECIALLY on a HOT drink. This was a horrifying experience and I will not be going back.
