    Every time I go to Chipotle now, there is something wrong. The rice is undercooked. The Carnitas is dry like it has been there all day. The Chicken has so much salt. And since I use the app, the store cannot help me. And online is all Ai which NEVER is helpful. I don't have time to keep driving around (so much for those carbon saved messages) every time I want to have mexican food prepared badly. I'm done with Chipotle.

    So unprofessional and the place is dirty. I don't think they have a manager cause the workers are always socializing and playing with their friends in the lobby, and they never have ingredients you need for anything. I will take the drive to the next one near 305st. first before I go back in there.

    Where do I begin...1st the staff is generally on break outside on the patio...2nd there was food scattered all over the buffet mixed in with other food also no cheese? How do you have Chipotle with no cheese...and why wasn't it posted on the door...3rd it was literally a one man show with 6 other confused preoccupied employes. The food was poor quality scraped from the bottom of the container so it was so over seasoned it was not edible...never eating at this location again

    Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience at Shore Center Plaza Chipotle Today, I came into the Chipotle at Shore Center Plaza in Euclid in a great mood, expecting a normal, friendly visit like usual. Unfortunately, what I experienced was completely unacceptable. From the moment I started ordering, three employees were visibly rude and dismissive. One employee stopped the person who was helping me, tossed the serving spoon aside, and announced she wasn’t going to serve me. She then called over the General Manager—bypassing the on-shift manager—and made it seem like I was asking for too much, even though I was polite and respectful the entire time. The GM then instructed her to charge me more for two rice bowls and three sides of chicken. The total came up to $57, which is outrageous. The same employee laughed and said she was planning to do that anyway. That level of disrespect, pettiness, and unprofessional behavior is shocking for a company like Chipotle. As I chose to walk out rather than argue, I was met with more rude comments from the staff. This kind of treatment should never happen to any customer. Chipotle should not tolerate employees who act this way toward guests. I hope corporate investigates this location and provides serious retraining in customer service, professionalism, and respect. No one should walk into a restaurant feeling unwelcome or mocked for simply placing an order.
