  Coffee always has an burnt after taste. I have attempted to give this location a chance to improve since opening. I work right down the street and i usually have to drive to a different location to get good coffee.

  I was really excited about this new Dunkin Donuts being in this area. However this is by far one of the worst DD I've ever been too, since their first day of opening and it will be the last. They are always out of something, they dont get the orders correct, the donuts are stale and the customer service is by far the WORST. Today's encounter was absolutely unacceptable! The "MANAGER" (she wouldn't give me her name, she said call me Manager) the thin Indian lady or whatever her nationality she is, was so rude and didn't care at all about the negative energy she was giving off. I placed an order online for a plain bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee. Of course when I get there she said they didn't have any plain bagels. Of course they never have anything. I made a face as like yall never have anything, not saying one word. She then says to me you don't have to make that face. I'm like excuse me. I then I said give me my money back, she then tells me I'll give you your money back but you can go somewhere else. Then she called me stupid. Now see if I had of reached behind that counter I would have been wrong. And she kept on being rude. It's really sad that people feel they can just talk to you any kind of way without giving the proper customer service. She really don't know how much it took for me to go and pick up that order today. She doesn't have to worry about me ever coming back to that location again. I've reported her to corporate and hope they'll do something about it because that was truly unacceptable. So be aware of this dunkin donuts. Buy at your own risk!

  Would not recommend, they do not understand their own menu. I ordered a large cold brew with cold foam and they gave me an iced coffee with caramel and I tried to explain it to them that’s not my order but they insisted that it was. If I was Dunkin’ I would pull my name off that store.
