  Just visited here after almost 2 years and I have no hope for fast food service or atmospheres anymore… especially this generation of teen/child workers. The cashier AALIYAH M from Taco Bell on N Main st in Englewood was the average or typical rude teen working drive thru today, April 7th. I was nothing but respectful from the time I pulled around and waited 10 minutes after the recorded AI person spoke and Aaliyah then saying wait. A like behind me formed and once they serviced the one vehicle at the window. I was told to go ahead, I was not greeted, no thank you or you’re welcome the way I have to Aaliyah. It’s sad that people only work for a check nowadays. They have no respect for their employers or customers. I was given a regular size drink when I asked for medium, when I brought it to Aaliyah M attention, she grew an attitude looked at me and said ok well that’s a medium and slammed the window. I was totally ok repaying for a medium which I asked for at the speaker but instead I was ignored. I went inside to get my issue resolved and the driver thru worker looked at me, rolled her eyes and called for another employee to handle the situation which was fine because I didn’t appreciate Aaliyah’s nasty attitude and behavior towards me. Moral of the story is if you hate your job so much quit and find something that interests you. If you don’t know how to be kind of respect customers the same way they respect you, maybe consider retraining or taking a customer service class because the service here at this Taco Bell was horrible. Then to have Aaliyah laughing about the situation with the other worker who decided to fix the issue just doesn’t sit right with me. You never know who is watching, testing your service or secret shopping. I hope she learns from this mistake and is held accountable.

  60% of the time I try to order online it leads to an hour of frustration and no taco bell for me. I've been waiting for two hours to see if the store will open online ordering back up with no luck. Please figure it out, there are items that literally can't be ordered any other way. When the app does work it takes forever to get your order at the store and food is hit or miss as far as quality.

  Missing 3 items from our order…. Not to mention the wait. Chicken bacon ranch chalupas are MINI CHALUPAS no way it’s worth 6.99. Do better Taco Bell .

  They added tomatoes when I asked them not tpp, they didn't grill the grilled cheese burrito. It just had shredded cheese all loose in the wrapper.
