  Apparently if you ask for just a moment to look at the menu they call you an idiot through the intercom.

  This evening after a long day with my kiddos, we ran through the McDonald’s drive-through. We placed our order fine, ordering two medium fries and a six piece chicken nugget along with a Diet Coke. Prior to pulling around, I verified the items on the screen were correct. Through the drive-through I paid for my items. I pulled up in the window to receive our food, as it was handed out to I verified we had all of our order. At this time, we were short a french fry while questioning the cashier and stating we were supposed to have an additional fry, he informed me that it was not rung up.. I then proceeded to ask if I could order here at the window and was told “no” Never in my 35 years of ordering McDonald’s have I been Told no to order something at the window. Especially on something that was done in error on their part.,

  It’s pretty bad to walk into a McDonalds and none of the kiosks have cash or card readers! On top of that for there to be no one working the cash register!!! Not only that, but to have workers looking at the lobby putting down mobile/doordash orders on the shelf seeing us and others in the lobby and then still refusing to come to the cash register! Some people need to eat in the dining room and don’t have the luxury of going through the drive thru! We were not the only people who left the location! Do better! ( I will say other times I’ve went through the drive thru my experience was okay. But when you’re on lunch for work, some people don’t have a place to eat.)
