  Ordered food at 10:45 am, I asked them multiple times what was going on and waited until 11:30, until they eventually told me they WERE NOT GOING TO MAKE MY FOOD! I just got a refund and left. Genuinely have never experienced such shockingly poor service in my entire life, avoid this McDonalds and go to the one down by meijer, this was mind numbingly bad

  This is by far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to pick up an order and there was NO LINE, 4 people standing around back turned to the counter, no one offered to help or ask what I needed for over 5 minutes. Messing around, yelling back and forth at each other. Calling each other names. I waited over 10 minutes for COOKIES!! Thought this should be an in and out thing. No… they’re standing there yelling back and forth at each other playing around…. Never again going to Englewood McDonald’s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  What do you people not understand when someone has a allergy you don’t put extra on the burger a bunch of lazy uncaring inconsiderate people un friendly they all acted like they didn’t want to be there worthless

  Fries. Cold. Under cooked. Missing items. Walked in. Noone spoke to me for 20minutes. A manager walked up, i said I had a mobile order and he just walked off. Close this 1 down, its terrible. 3 people in front of me also complained about how bad the service is.

  Worst location they are extremely slow and could care less about the customers or customers in the lobby I was first in drive through almost 20 minutes never made it to the window picked inside instead and was ignored for 30 minutes horrible workers and location.🤬🤬
